Hospitality(Other): Lodging and meals will be provided only to the official teams commencing with dinner on Saturday, 11th January 2025 and ending with breakfast on Friday, 24th January 2025. All players (of the same gender) shall be accommodated in double rooms.
Coaches (of the same gender) shall be accommodated in double rooms. If any of the coaches wish to stay in a single room (depending on availability), they will have to pay any extra relevant costs.
Please note that when you send the Players' nomination form you should also specify if the coach will stay in a single or in a double room.

Practice Day A practice day will take place prior to the first tournament.
Teams may organize their own practice and courts will be pre-allocated by nation. Event Draw Will be conducted by the Tournament Committee the evening preceding the first day of play and every reasonable effort should be made to ensure that all official coaches are present.
Tournament Conditions - All singles matches will be the Best of Three Tie-Break Sets.
In Doubles a 10 point match tie break will be played at one set all. All placement matches will have 2 short sets and a 10 point match ties break at one set all. No ad scoring will be followed only in doubles. The NO LET rule will in place during service at all matches.
