ACCOMMODATION RULES

1. For Main Draw Players & One Authorized Representative per National Association Free accommodation from 24 May (evening) to 31 May (morning). Shared twin room with same-gender roommate. Upgrade to single room: pay 135 CNY/night extra at hotel front desk. For the One Authorized Representative from each National Association, please send an official document (with official stamp) to the email address for reservation: QW.GoldenSlamTennisClub@outlook.com

2. For Accompanying Parents / Family If a player shares a room with parents, the player waives the free shared room offered by the organizing committee. Family pays the full room rate.

MEALS

Breakfast: 06:00–09:00
Lunch: 11:30–14:00
Dinner: 17:00–19:30

Price: 60 CNY/person/meal (buffet, with Halal & vegetarian sections)

Main draw players receive lunch & dinner vouchers for 25–30 May at check-in.

When a player enters the tournament, it is mandatory to participate in all Singles Main Draw and or Qualifying and Singles Consolation matches. A player may be excused from this obligation only if they have a valid medical condition, substantiated by a medical certificate issued by the tournament physiotherapist or physician. Players who withdraw from the tournament without providing prior noƟce to the referee will forfeit eligibility to receive ranking points.
