Tournament Director will act as the Safeguarding Officer and Pandemic Officer for the tournament.

Transport Facilities

Direct transport from the airport to the tournament venue can be arranged upon request (payable; must be informed at least one day prior to arrival).

Transport between the hotel and the tournament venue can also be arranged (payable).

When a player enters the tournament, it is mandatory to participate in all Singles Main Draw and or Qualifying and Singles Consolation matches. A player may be excused from this obligation only if they have a valid medical condition, substantiated by a medical certificate issued by the tournament physiotherapist or physician. Players who withdraw from the tournament without providing prior noƟce to the referee will forfeit eligibility to receive ranking points.
