Hospitality: Lodging and meals will be provided only to the official team commencing with dinner on Saturday, 11th January 2025 and ending with breakfast on Friday, 24th January 2025. All the players (of the same gender) will be accommodated in double rooms.
Coaches (of the same gender) will be accommodated in double rooms. If any of the coaches wish to stay in a single room (depending on availability), they will have to pay any extra relevant costs. Please note that when you send the Players' nomination form you should also specify if the coach will stay in a single or in a twin room.
Events - Boys and Girls 14 & Under - Singles and Doubles Invited countries can send 4 players (2 boys and 2 girls per team) and one team coach (Total 5 people). Any other officials attending will have to pay for their own travel, accommodation and meals.
Singles and Doubles events will be played and players must compete in both events.
