Hospitality(Other): All players will be entitled to free hospitality. Players of same gender will be provided with a twin sharing accommodation at the official hotel with 3 meals (breakfast and dinner in the hotel, lunch onsite). Players will be provided hospitality for 8 nights (2nd – 9th Aug). Hospitality will start with dinner on Saturday 2nd Aug and end with breakfast on Sunday, 10th August.
Additional stay or meals at the hotel will be at own personal expense of the players. Additional rooms of coaches/ parents can be booked by contacting the reservation helpdesk directly. Reservation requests for additional room booking can be emailed to TBC latest by 24th July 2025.

Entries will be restricted to players from West and Central Asia only. Acceptance list will be announced according to the acceptance criteria formulated by the ATF office post the entry deadline.
Online Entry -
Entries will be accepted only through online portal, players can submit their entries only www.atf.hitcourt.com . The last date of receiving the entries is 14th July 2025
Acceptance List -
Acceptance list will be finalized by the ATF office and published on or after 15th July 2025 based on the following acceptance criteria. ATF reserves the right to modify the acceptance criteria at any stage.

4 Players - ITF WTT Junior Ranked
4 Players - ATF 16U Ranked (West Asia)
4 Players - ATF 16U Ranked (Central Asia)
2 Players - ATF Wild Cards
2 Players - KTF Wild Cards
Age Eligibility -
Players must be born between 1st January 2009 and 31st December 2012 and should have reached their thirteen (13) birthdays before the start of the tournament.
Sign in -
All players must sign with the referee from 12.00 – 14.00 pm on Sunday, 3rd August in person or through phone
Draw Ceremony-
The draw will be conducted by referee at the stadium on 3rd August 2025 at 1500 hrs.
Opening Ceremony-
Monday 4th August at 930 hrs.
Event Format -
The event will be held in 2 stages. A round robin stage where the players will be divided into 4 groups of 4 each and they will play round robin matches over days to decide the order in the group. The stage 2 will be placement round. The top 2 players from each group will play knockout matches for placement 1 - 8, while the 3rd and 4th player from each group will go on to play placement matches from 9th to 16th.
No doubles event to be played.
Placement with in Group -
The players will be ranked in the group on the basis of the number of matches won. If there is a tie in 2 players head-to-head result will be used to break the tie. In case there is tie amongst 3 or more players then the % of set won (set won/ total sets played) will decide the order. For further ties the % of games won (games won/ total games played) will decide the order. Further ties will be broken by draw of lots.
A match won by default or walk over will be considered as 6/0 6/0 for calculation of group standings. In case of retirement the result will be recorded as no further games won by retiring player, so if a player retires at 6/2 1/0, the score will be used as 6/2 6/0 for calculation of group standings.
Qualifiers for finals -
Number 1 and number 2 boys and girls will qualify for the RG Junior Series Asian Wild Card Tournament in Japan to be played from 13 – 17 October 2024. In case either of the players are unable to travel to Japan, the vacant spot will be offered to number 3 player and then to next positioned players and so on.
ATF 16 & Under points -
Player will receive ATF 16&U category 1 rankings points based on the standing in the end of the tournament, as per the ATF ranking rules.
Entry Fee -
Players have to pay an entry fee of USD 40 in cash before the start of their first match.
Match Format -
Only singles will be played in the tournament and no doubles matches will be played. All matches will be played best of 3 tie break sets. No let rule in service will be used. Placement matches except the 1-4 places will be played with 2 tie-break sets and a 10-point match tie-break at 1 set all.
Rules -
The Competition will be conducted in accordance with International Tennis Federation (ITF) Rules.
Code of Conduct -
The International Tennis Federation (ITF) code of conduct of “ITF Junior Team Competitions” will be enforced. In entering the Competition, each player automatically grants the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation (KTF) and the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) the right in perpetuity to make use of any images/videos/media taken during the Competition.
Live Scoring & Live Streaming -
There will be live scoring for all matches and selective live streaming, which will be available on the ATF website. https://www.asiantennis.com/live/ Entering the tournament, the players and their parent are giving explicit permission to ATF and KTF to have live scoring and live streaming of the matches.
Development Grant to qualifier -
The winning boy and girls who qualify for the RG Japan will each be given USD 2000 as development grant. The runner up boy and girl who also qualify for the RG Japan will each be given USD 1000 as development grant. The development grant will be transferred to their bank accounts post the completion of the RG Japan Tournament.
Additional Incentive -
Additional development incentive will be given as follows to players to motivate them for the placement matches:
-Player finishing at number 3 – USD 500
-Player finishing at number 5 – USD 300
-Player finishing at number 9 – USD 200
-Player finishing at number 13 – USD 100
