Hospitality will be provided to all Main Draw players commencing one day prior to the start of the Main Draw and continuing until the completion of the Tournament. Accommodation will be arranged at the official player hotel as specified in the Fact Sheet.

All Main Draw players will be provided with twin-share accommodation to be shared with other players of the same gender. Should a parent wish to share the accommodation with their kids participating in the tournament, 50% of the total room cost shall be borne by the parent, with the remaining 50% covered by the Tournament.

Under no circumstances will players be permitted to share their room with any adult other than a parent.
