These Terms and Conditions govern the registration, renewal, and use of the ATF ID issued by the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF). By applying for or renewing an ATF ID, the player (and parent/guardian where applicable) agrees to the following:

1. Eligibility

• 1.1 The ATF ID is issued to players participating in ATF-sanctioned activities and events.
• 1.2 Junior players must complete registration through a parent or legal guardian.

2. Subscription Requirement

• 2.1 An annual subscription fee is required to activate or renew the ATF ID.
• 2.2 The subscription is valid only for the stated period and must be renewed annually to maintain active status.
• 2.3 Access to ATF digital services, including the Players' Zone, may be restricted for inactive or expired subscriptions.

3. Player Information

• 3.1 Players must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.
• 3.2 ATF reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify identity, age, nationality, or eligibility.
• 3.3 Submission of false or misleading information may result in suspension or cancellation of the ATF ID.

4. Use of ATF Digital Services

• 4.1 The ATF ID provides access to official player services, including tournament entry systems, rankings, communication, and other digital platforms.
• 4.2 Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.
• 4.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

5. Code of Conduct

• 5.1 Players must comply with ATF rules, regulations, and standards of sportsmanship.
• 5.2 ATF reserves the right to suspend or revoke an ATF ID for disciplinary reasons or violations of regulations.

6. Data Protection

• 6.1 Personal data will be processed for administrative, competition, communication, and regulatory purposes.
• 6.2 By registering, players consent to the collection and use of their information for ATF operations, including publication of rankings and participation records.

7. Validity & Renewal

• 7.1 The ATF ID is valid only for the designated subscription period.
• 7.2 Renewal procedures and timelines will be communicated by ATF annually.

8. Limitation of Liability

• 8.1 ATF shall not be liable for technical interruptions, system downtime, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affecting access to digital services.

9. Amendments

• 9.1 ATF reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on official ATF platforms.
