This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for ATF ID registration or renewal to the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF).
1. General Policy
- 1.1 All ATF ID subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed and the ATF ID has been activated.
- 1.2 The subscription provides immediate access to digital player services; therefore, refunds are generally not permitted.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
- 2.1 Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payments or clear processing errors.
- 2.2 Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction and supported by proof of payment.
3. Ineligible or Rejected Applications
- 3.1 If an application is rejected by ATF prior to activation of the ATF ID, a refund may be issued at ATF's discretion, after deduction of administrative or banking charges where applicable.
4. Withdrawal or Non-Participation
- 4.1 No refunds will be issued if a player chooses not to participate in ATF events after obtaining an active ATF ID.
- 4.2 Partial use of the subscription period does not qualify for a partial refund.
5. Payment Charges
- 5.1 Any bank fees, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion costs incurred during the transaction may be deducted from any approved refund.
6. Processing Time
- 6.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment where possible.
- 6.2 Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
7. Policy Changes
- 7.1 ATF reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on official ATF platforms.
