The Captain’s Meeting shall be held on Sunday, 20th April by 4.00 PM (The time is subject to change by the ATF Representative) at the Venue. The Draw shall be conducted during the Captain’s meeting by the ATF Referee. The team nominations will be finalized at the captains meeting and no changes to the team will be allowed after the captains meeting. Also the order of merit of the players within the team will be determined and finalized at the captains meeting and will be final for the week and cannot be changed thereafter.
Opening ceremony shall be held on Monday, 21st April by 9.00 AM. All teams have to be present for the group photography and players are requested to bring along their National Flags of their respective countries for opening ceremony. The players and Captain should wear attire adhering to country colors with country names inscribed on the back of the T-Shirts.
There would also be awarding ceremony at the end of the event the two team to qualify for finals should attend the awarding ceremony. Other teams to attend the ceremony as per the requirement of organizers and referee.
